摘要
蒸汽冷凝水作为中药加工设备生产中的余热资源,其包含的热量通常占蒸汽总热量的20%。因此,回收中药加工设备产生的冷凝水,具有节能减排、减少碳排放等方面的现实意义。文中详述了鲁南制药集团冷凝水回收可行性,并计算了冷凝水回收利用的经济效益及环境效益。
As a waste heat resource from the production of traditional Chinese medicine processing,the heat of steam condensate accounts for about 20%of the total vapor heat.Therefore,recovering steam condensate from Chinese medicine processing has practical significance in energy saving and emissions reduction,reducing carbon emissions,and so on.In this paper,the feasibility of steam condensate recovery in Lunan Pharmaceutical Group is described in detail.Furthermore,the economic and environmental benefits of steam condensate recovery and utilization are calculated.
