摘要
以陕西某大学2017届本科大学毕业生为样本,运用SPSS22.0软件对毕业生的就业能力与就业质量进行分析。结果发现:陕西某大学2017届本科毕业生的整体就业能力一般,尤其是在人力资本和社会资本方面有所欠缺,说明目前我国大学毕业生的就业能力还达不到社会的要求。提出了提高大学毕业生就业能力的具体措施,以期提高大学毕业生的就业质量,促使大学毕业生尽快适应就业环境。
Taking gruduates of one university in Shaanxi in 2017 as the sample,the paper analyzed the employment ability and employment quality of graduates by means of SPSS22.0 software.It was found that the overall employability of graduates of one university in Shaanxi in 2017 was generally low,especially in terms of human capital and social capital,indicating that the employment ability of university graduates today is still difficult to meet the social requirements.Therefore,some specific measures are proposed to improve the employment ability of university graduates in order to promote the employment quality of university graduates and urge the college graduates to adapt to the employment environment as soon as possible.
