摘要 目的探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合计算机模拟教学在医学生心脏科临床实习中的应用效果。方法将90名医学生分成观察组(47名)和对照组(43名)。对照组采用传统的临床教师讲授的教学法进行教学,观察组采用CBL结合计算机模拟教学进行教学,实习结束后比较两组学生的实习理论和技能成绩,观察组发放调查问卷,评价学生对CBL结合计算机模拟教学的看法。结果观察组与对照组的理论考试成绩分别为(87.63±10.58)分和(81.93±11.42)分,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.016);观察组的技能成绩为(85.16±10.35)分,大于对照组的(72.37±11.42)分,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组有97.87%的学生喜欢CBL结合计算机模拟教学法,95.74%认为该教学法可以提高学习兴趣,93.62%认为该教学方法可以培养团队精神和提高实践能力。结论 CBL结合计算机模拟教学能够提高学生的学习成绩,增加学习兴趣,加深知识的理解和记忆。 Objective To study the effects of CBL(case-based learning)combined with computer simulation teaching in clinical practice of medical students in cardiology department.Methods 90 medical students were divided into observation group(47 cases)and control group(43 groups).The traditional clinical teaching method was used in the control group,the observation group was taught by CBL combined with computer simulation teaching.After the end of practice,the practice theory and skill scores were compared between 2 groups.The observation group issued the questionnaire,and evaluated the students'views on CBL combined with computer simulation teaching.Results The results of the theoretical examination in the observation group and the control group were(87.63±10.58)points and(81.93±11.42)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).The skill score of the observation group was(85.16±10.35)points,which was significantly greater than that in the control group(72.37±11.42)points,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).97.87%of the students in the observation group liked CBL combined with computer simulation.95.74%,believed that this teaching method can improve interest in learning.93.62%believed that this teaching method can cultivate team spirit and improve practical ability.Conclusion CBL combined with computer simulation teaching can improve students'academic performance,increase learning interest and deepen knowledge understanding and memory.
