摘要
采用分步法测量了典型温度下填充方钴矿温差电池的匹配负载,发现填充方钴矿温差电池在470、520和580℃下热电耦合稳定的匹配负载相对于其室温内阻分别增加了约54%、66%和74%,来自于温差电池设计及串联匹配负载导致的器件高温端温度和温差增大所致。
Matched loads for a skutterudite-based thermoelectric generator were measured by a two step method under typical temperatures.It turns that when the skutterudite-based thermoelectric generator is electrical-thermal coupling stable at 470,520 and 580℃,the matched loads increase considerably as compared to the generator internal resistance at room temperature by 54%,66%and 74%,respectively.It attributes to the increase of the‘hot sides’temperature and temperature difference caused by the design of the generator and the matched loads.
