摘要
提出了电池电压、内阻和自放电率各性能参数的不一致分布规律。通过对目前国内应用的分选配组系统进行比较分析,总结了其各自的优缺点。重点对自动分选配组系统进行了研究,提出了自动分选配组系统的功能、实现原理及算法,分析了自动分选配组系统的优势,并通过试验验证了自动分选配组算法和系统的可靠性。
The distribution of battery voltage,resistance and self-discharge are inconsistent.According to the comparison and analysis of the status of sorting and grouping system,the advantages and disadvantages were summarized.The automatic sorting and grouping system were deeply discussed.The function,realization theory and algorithm of automatic sorting and grouping system were introduced.The advantages of automatic sorting and grouping system were analyzed.The reliability of this automatic sorting and grouping system and algorithm were verified through experiments.
