摘要
研究振动对手持通信设备锂离子电池性能的影响以及振动对电池使用寿命的影响。电极材料与集流体的结合力在进行电池振动测试后会下降,造成电池的电阻阻值增大,容量减小。放电深度保持在30%左右时,电池的放电结束电压在振动后会有所降低,在循环不断进行的过程中,放电结束电压下降得比较迅速。
The influence of vibration on the performance of lithium ion battery and the influence of vibration on battery life were studied.The binding force between the electrode material and the current collector may decrease in vibration test,resulting in the increased resistance of the battery and the decreased capacity.Discharge depth was maintained at about 30%,and the battery discharge voltage at the end of the vibration may reduce.In the continuous discharging process,the end of discharge voltage dropped rapidly.
