SF_6分解固体产物对于直流沿面闪络电压的影响

摘要 特高压直流穿墙套管对接结构处生成的SF_6分解固体产物有可能会附着在绝缘材料表面。探究SF_6分解固体产物对于直流沿面闪络电压影响对于特高压直流穿墙套管内部绝缘状况的评估具有重要意义。文中测量了SF_6分解固体产物的电气参数,并且和环氧浸渍纸复合绝缘材料的电气参数进行比较。比较结果表明两者之间电气参数存在较大差距,SF_6分解固体产物的确有可能对环氧浸渍纸复合绝缘材料直流沿面闪络电压产生影响。借助直流沿面闪络实验平台,将SF_6分解固体产物直接附着于环氧浸渍纸复合绝缘材料表面,观察沿面闪络电压的变化。实验结果表明,SF_6放电固体产物附着在环氧浸渍纸复合绝缘材料表面的确会引起环氧浸渍纸复合绝缘材料沿面闪络电压下降。其下降程度和固体产物种类、气体压强、电极距离、附着方式等因素密切相关。 SF6 solid decomposition products generated at junction of the conductive rod of the UHVDC wall bushingmay be attached to the surface of the insulating material. It is of great significance for the evaluation of the insulationcondition to figure out the influence of SF6 solid decomposition products on DC surface flashover voltage. The electri-cal parameters of SF6 solid decomposition products are measured and compared with the electrical parameters of thecomposite insulation material of epoxy-impregnated paper. The comparison result shows that there is a large gap be-tween the two electrical parameters,and SF6 solid decomposition products may indeed have an effect on the genera-tion of DC surface flashover voltage of the composite insulating material of the epoxy-impregnated paper. In the follow-up experimental,SF6 solid decomposition products are attached to the surface of the insulating material directly bymeans of the DC surface flashover experiment platform,and the change of surface flashover voltage is observed. Theexperimental result shows that SF6 solid decomposition products will definitely cause the drop of the surface flashovervoltage. Moreover,the decrease degree is closely related to the category of solid products,SF6 gas pressure,elec-trode distance,attaching mode.
