摘要
针对某型号内燃机车柴油发电机振动超标问题,通过振动测试对比发电机固有特性和振动特性,发现发电机固有频率与工作频率倍频接近是导致某些转速下的振动超标主要原因。通过模态分析发现发电机转子是结构薄弱环节。通过对发电机转子结构进行重新设计,提高固有频率,合理避开工作频率及其倍频。台架试验表明新结构有效降低了振动,达到了规定标准,为今后柴油机车发电机的结构动态设计提供了一种参考依据。
Modal analysis and vibration test of the locomotive diesel generators are carried out. The analysis results show that the natural frequency of the motor is coupled with the rotating frequency of the motor, which may cause the excessive vibration of the generator under some rotational speed. The modal analysis shows that the generator rotor is the weak link of the structure. Via the structure redesign of the generator, the natural frequency is raised and the vibration is effectively reduced. The paper can provide a reference for analyzing and solving the vibration problem of diesel locomotive generator.
