摘要
针对大型数控机床床身应力场分布的检测问题,结合机床床身大体积、复杂结构的特点,提出了基于分布式应变片、适用于任意测点分布形式的床身应力分布预测算法。结合该算法,以数控滚轧车床床身安装为例,对应力分布预测算法进行了评估。结果表明,该方法能较好预测出床身应力分布状态。
Aiming at solving the detection of stress field distribution problems of large-type CNC machine tools,combined with the characteristic of large volume and complex structure of machine tool bed,stress distribution prediction algorithm of machine tool bed was proposed by using distributed strain gauges.Combined with the proposed algorithm,taking CNC rolling lathe bed installation as example,the proposed algorithm was evaluate,the results shows that the stress distribution of machine tool bed could be predict accurately by proposed method.
