摘要
对建筑用大型铸钢件的缩孔缩松分布情况进行分析和研究,利用ProCAST软件对大型铸钢件Niyama判据临界值,进行了数值模拟预测,并得出判据临界值的范围。结果表明,当铸件单元判据值小于临界值时,则可能出现缩松。最后以某大型机架铸件为例,对两种工艺方案进行了比较优化,得到大型铸钢件机架的优化工艺方案。
The shrinkage distribution of large steel castings used for building were analyzed and studied, the Niyama criterion critical value of large steel castings was predicted by ProCAST software and the range of criterion critical value was obtained. The results show that, when casting unit criterion value is less than the critical value, porosity may appear. Finally, taking a large flame casting as example, two kinds of processes were compared and optimizated, the optimization scheme of large steel flame was obtained.
