摘要
针对大型数控机床的床身安装精度调整及其保持问题,分析了地脚螺栓组件间的弹性相互作用机制,建立了地脚螺栓预紧力流传递模型,提出了基于最小安装变形误差和均匀残余预紧力的地脚螺栓预紧规划方法,并利用有限元法实现了地脚螺栓的预紧模拟。以典型数控机床床身安装为例,量化分析了预紧顺序对导轨安装面几何精度、残余预紧力的影响。结果表明,该方法能够实现数控机床地脚螺栓预紧顺序的合理规划。
Aiming at solving the assembly accuracy retention and adjustment problems of large - type CNC machine tools, the elastic interaction mechanism of anchor bolt components is analyzed. Furthermore, pre - load- ing force transfer model of anchor bolts is built. Based on the minimum assembly deformation error and uniform residual pre - loading force, a pre - loading planning method of anchor bolts is proposed. At the same time each method is simulated by Finite Element Method (FEM). Taking typical large CNC ma- chine tool bed installation as example, the influence of pre - loading sequences on geometric precision of guide way mounting surface and residual pre - loading force of anchor bolts are qualitatively analyzed. The results show that a reasonable pre - loading sequence plan of anchor bolts could be achieved through this method.
