摘要
目的分析我县疟疾病的流行特征及综合防控策略,总结消除疟疾的经验。方法收集1952年~2016年我县疟疾疫情发展的有关数据和防控的具体措施,对取得的结果进行深入分析及评价。结果我县的疟疾的年发病率由1964年的1352.2/万下降至1984年的3.2/万,1988~2004年均未发现疟疾疾情报告,全县基本实现了消除疟疾的总体目标。2005~2011年均发现有散落的病例报道。2012~2016年共收到3例国外输入性的疟疾病情报道。结论我县运用的综合性的疟疾防治措施,取得理想的防治疟疾效果,达到了消除疟疾的目的。输入性疟疾及其二代疟疾病例我县今后预治疟疾病的重点工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and comprehensive control strategy of malaria in our county,summarize the experience of eliminating malaria.Methods From 1952 to 2016,the data of malaria epidemic development and the measures of prevention and control were collected,and the results were analyzed and evaluated.Results The annual incidence of malaria in our county decreased from 1352.2/10000 in 1964 to 3.2/10000 in 1984.There were no reports of malaria from 1988 to 2004.The whole county has basically achieved the overall goal of eliminating malaria.From 2005 to 2011,there were scattered cases reported.From 2012 to 2016,a total of 3 imported malaria cases were reported.Conclusion Comprehensive malaria control measures used in our county.The goal of malaria elimination has been achieved.The imported malaria and second generation malaria cases in our county will be the focus of malaria treatment in the future.
