摘要
目的:探讨家庭医生签约式服务对社区高血压患者的健康管理效果。方法:收治社区高血压患者240例,对所有患者给予家庭医生签约式服务,分析其管理效果。结果:经过健康管理后,患者的血压、BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、MAU水平均获得了明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:对社区高血压患者采取家庭医生签约式服务的应用效果显著,便于改善患者血压水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of family doctor contract service on health management of hypertensive patients in community.Methods:240 patients with hypertension were admitted to the community.All patients were given contracted services by family doctors,and their management effects were analyzed.Results:After the health management,the blood pressure,BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and MAU levels of the patients were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of family doctor contract service for community hypertension patients is remarkable,which is easy to improve the blood pressure level of patients.
