摘要
目的探讨生物反馈联合电刺激治疗腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁疗效。方法将60例诊断为前列腺癌患者依据是否接受生物反馈电刺激治疗分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。共持续6周,每周进行2次,进行治疗后,在第0、2、4周、第2、3、4、5、6月测定控尿情况,采用的方法是24 h尿垫。结果经过治疗,从第4周开始至第6月,试验组患者的平均漏尿量明显低于同期的对照组(P<0.05)。并且,在2组中,恢复控尿能力的患者有明显的增加(P<0.05)。结论对前列腺癌患者进行腹腔镜根治后以后,及时对其进行生物反馈结合电刺激治疗,能够明显促进术后早期控尿的恢复。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation on uracratia after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with prostatic cancer were divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to whether they were treated by biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation or not.The treatment was performed twice a week for 6 weeks.The urinary continence status was examined at 0w,2w,4w and 2m,3m,4m,5m,6m after radical prostatectomy by means of 24-hour urinal pad test.Results The mean leakage of urine volume from 4 weeks to 6 months after treatment,in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the percentage of patients with urinary control ability was significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Timely application of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in patients with prostatic cancer after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can significantly promote the recovery of early urinary continence.
