生物反馈结合电刺激对原发性遗尿症患儿膀胱容量及遗尿频率的影响

The Effect of Biofeedback Combined with Electrical Stimulation on Bladder Volume and Frequency of Enuresis in Children with Primary Nocturnal Enuresis

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈结合电刺激与弥凝在原发性遗尿症(primary nocturnal enuresis,PNE)患儿中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月该院收治的90例PNE患儿为研究对象,依据治疗措施不同分为三组,每组30例.对照组采用常规行为疗法,治疗A组采用生物反馈结合电刺激治疗,治疗B组采用弥凝治疗,均持续治疗3个月并随访3个月.对比三组患儿的临床疗效、排尿情况及复发率.结果治疗A组近期总有效率为93.33%,远期总有效率为96.97%,均高于治疗B组的73.33%、70.00%和对照组的66.67%、60.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗A组第1次随访、第2次随访的最大尿流率与膀胱容量均高于治疗B组、对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗A组复发率3.33%均低于治疗B组的26.67%和对照组的33.33%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论相较于口服弥凝,生物反馈结合电刺激在PNE患儿中的治疗效果更佳,能够改善患儿的最大尿流率与膀胱容量,降低夜间遗尿频率,促进患儿康复. Objective To explore the application effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation and coagulation in children with primary nocturnal enuresis(PNE).Methods A total of 90 children with PNE admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into three groups according to different treatment measures,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional behavioral therapy,the treatment group A was treated with biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation,and the treatment group B was treated with coagulation therapy.Both continued treatment for 3 months and followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,urination status,and recurrence rate of the three groups of children were compared.Results The shortterm total effective rate of treatment group A is 93.33%,and the long-term total effective rate is 96.97%,which are higher than 73.33%and 70.00%of treatment group B and 66.67%and 60.00%of control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum urinary flow rate and bladder volume in the first follow-up and second follow-up of the treatment group A were higher than those of the treatment group B and the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of treatment group A was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%of treatment group B and 33.33%of control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with oral coagulation,biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation has a better therapeutic effect in children with PNE,which can improve the maximum urine flow rate and bladder capacity of the children,reduce the frequency of night enuresis,and promote the recovery of the children.
