摘要
目的:研究耳内窥镜下鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗突聋患者的护理体会。方法:2015年12月至2017年12月,此次研究对象择取江西省吉安市安福县人民医院收治的80例突聋患者,实施随机抽取法将其分为对照组以及观察组各40例,对照组给予耳内窥镜下鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗,观察组在耳内窥镜下鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗增加相应护理,对比两组患儿治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者状缓解情况显著优于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率5.00%显著低于对照组20.00%,P<0.05。结论:突聋患者采用耳内窥镜下鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗,并且进行相应的护理,可显著提升患者的治疗质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床范围内进行推广使用。
Objective:To study the nursing experience of patients with sudden deafness treated with intratympanic injection of methylenolone under ear endoscope.Methods:From December 2015 to December 2017,80 patients with sudden deafness were selected from our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with intratympanic injection of methylenolone under ear endoscope,and the observation group was treated with intratympanic injection of methylenolone under endoscope to increase the corresponding nursing care.The effect of treatment and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results:The remission of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the complication rate in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with sudden deafness can be treated with intratympanic injection of methylenolone under endoscope and nursing care,which can significantly improve the quality of treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with sudden deafness.It is worth popularizing in clinical scope.
