摘要
目的:探讨颅息穴位注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合盐酸利多卡在特发性耳鸣治疗中的应用效果。方法:抽取笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的80例特发性耳鸣患者为临床研究对象,利用电脑抽签的方式将患者分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),观察组颅息穴位注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合盐酸利多卡因注射液,对照组颅息穴位注射糖皮质激素醋酸曲安奈德注射液。对比两组治疗后耳鸣改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后耳鸣响度、THI评分、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对特发性耳鸣患者采用颅息穴位注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合盐酸利多卡因治疗,效果理想,可改善患者耳鸣症状,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻耳鸣严重程度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Luxi acupoint injection of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Lidocaine Hydrochloride in treatment of idiopathic tinnitus.Method:A total of 80 patients with idiopathic tinnitus admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the clinical research objects.The patients were divided into the observation group (n=40) and the control group (n=40) by the way of computer lottery.The observation group was given Luxi acupoint injection of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Lidocaine Hydrochloride,the control group was given Luxi acupoint injection of Glucocorticoid Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Injection.The tinnitus improvement of the two groups after different treatment methods was compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.5%,higher than 77.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The tinnitus loudness,THI scores,SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of idiopathic tinnitus patients by Luxi acupoint injection of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate and Lidocaine Hydrochloride is effective,which can improve tinnitus symptoms,relieve anxiety and depression,and reduce the severity of tinnitus.It is worthy of clinical application.
