摘要
针对普通数控机床加工的特点,推算了双圆弧插补法拟合高次曲线的数学模型,在拟合原曲线时,针对高次非圆曲线的特点,优化了双圆弧插补算法。并通过Matlab软件编程实现拟合过程,控制拟合误差。基于双圆弧插补法设计数控加工高次曲线的方法加工效果好,数控加工程序段和加工用时明显减少,且通用性和实用性强。
Aiming at the characteristics of the general CNC programming,the mathematical model of biarc interpolation method is calculated in this paper.An improved interpolation method of biarc is put forward based on the high order curve.The MATLAB software is used to fit the high order curve and analyze the fitting error.The method of designing high order curve of NC machining based on biarc interpolation method has good machining effect;the NC machining program segment and processing time are obviously reduced;and it is efficient,universal and practical.
