牡丹籽饼对生长肥育猪血液生化、抗氧化、免疫指标的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Peony Seed Cake on Blood Biochemical Indexes,Antioxidant Indexes and Immune Indexes

摘要 为研究牡丹籽饼饲喂生长肥育猪对其血液生化指标、抗氧化指标和免疫指标的影响,选取40头体质量50 kg左右的生长肥育猪,随机分为4组,Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组(试验组)分别在基础日粮中添加2%、5%、8%的牡丹籽饼代替部分豆粕,各组日粮营养水平一致,试验期45 d,试验结束时采取血液,分离血清,测定其血液生化指标、抗氧化指标和免疫指标。结果显示,3个试验组与对照组相比,血液生化指标中,TP含量分别提高了0.88%(P>0.05)、1.03%(P>0.05)、7.66%(P<0.05);ALB的含量分别提高了5.16%(P>0.05)、2.31%(P>0.05)、12.62%(P<0.05);TG含量分别极显著降低了42.86%、61.90%、73.33%;CHO、GLO、A/G值各组间变化不大(P>0.05)。抗氧化指标中,T-AOC活性分别极显著提高了29.92%、38.99%、60.17%,T-SOD活性极分别显著提高了6.19%、11.70%、13.17%;GSH-PX活性分别极显著提高了1.69%、3.76%、4.61%;MDA的含量分别极显著降低了11.63%、24.17%、26.74%;T-SOD活性、GSH-PX活性、MDA含量,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与Ⅱ组比较,差异极显著。免疫指标中,血清Ig A含量分别显著提高了45%、60%、45%;Ig G含量分别极显著降低了8.44%、7.73%、14.16%;Ig M含量试验Ⅱ组显著降低了12.37%,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组提高了4.12%、2.06%。综上,添加5%以上的牡丹籽饼代替豆粕饲喂生长肥育猪,具有促进蛋白合成与降低血脂的作用,具有显著的抗氧化能力和一定的免疫提高能力。 In order to study the effect of peony seed cake feeding growth-finishing pigs on the blood biochemical index,antioxidant and immune indexes,the 40 growth-finishing pigs weight about 50 kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,groupⅠ(control group)feeding a basal diet,groupⅡ,ⅢandⅣ(test group)respectively feeding 2%,5%and 8%peony seed cake instead of some soybean meal to the basal diet,each group with the same nutritional level diet.After feeding for 45 days,the blood samples were taken from all pigs,separating sera for detecting the blood biochemical parameters,antioxidation and immune indexes.Comparing to the control group,the blood biochemical indexes in test groups,the TP was increased by 0.88%(P>0.05),1.03%(P>0.05),7.66%(P<0.05);the ALB increased by 5.16%(P>0.05),2.31%(P>0.05),12.62%(P<0.05);but the TG was significantly decreased by 42.86%,61.90%,73.33%.There was no significant difference in CHO,GLO and A/G values among groups(P>0.05).The antioxidant indexes in test groups,the T-AOC was significantly increased by 29.92%,38.99%,60.17%,the T-SOD increased significantly by 6.19%,11.70%,13.17%;the GSH-PX increased significantly by 1.69%,3.76%,4.61%;but the MDA activity was significantly decreased by 11.63%,24.17%,26.74%.Comparing to the groupⅡ,the content of T-SOD,GSH-PX,MDA had a significant difference in the groupⅢ,Ⅳ.The immune indexes in test groups,IgA was significantly increased by 45%,60%,45%,IgG decreased significantly by 8.44%,7.73%,14.16%,IgM decreased significantly 12.37%in groupⅡ,increased 4.12%and 2.06%in groupⅢ,Ⅳ,respetively.In conclusion,adding more than 5%peony seed cake instead of soybean meal to growth-finishing pigs could promote protein synthesis,reduce blood lipids,and significantly elevate antioxidant capacity and immune ability to some extent.
