摘要
选取新英系大白生长肥育猪 (去势公猪 ) 6 0头 ,随机分为 5组 (每组 12头 ,两个重复 ) ,分前期 (30~6 0kg)和后期 (6 0~ 90kg)两阶段进行饲喂试验。对照组 (第 1组 )为豆粕组 ,试验组 (第 2 ,3,4,5组 )日粮中双低菜籽粕的用量比例 ,前期分别为 8% ,10 % ,13% ,16 % ,后期分别为 13% ,16 % ,18% ,2 1% ,平衡日粮可消化赖氨酸。结果表明 :前期各组平均日增重 (ADG)差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;后期第 5组与第 1,2组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。试验组日采食量 (ADFI)降低 ,后期更突出。料肉比 (F/G)前期各组基本相当 ,后期及全期第 4组最好。第 3,4,5组腹泻频率升高。试验猪各组日粮的干物质消化率基本接近。第 4,5组的粗蛋白质和能量消化率低于第 1,2 ,3组。试验各组猪的胴体品质未受影响。第 1,2 ,3,4组的甲状腺相对重量差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,第 1,2 ,3组与第 5组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,第 4组与第 5组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Sixty new British large white growing-finishing barrows were allotted to 5 groups at random with 2 replicates in each group and 6 barrows in each replicate. The feeding experiment was conducted as first period (30~ 60 kg ) and second period (60~ 90 kg ). The plant protein resources in control diet(group 1) were supplied all by soybean meal, while the proportion of double low rapeseed meal in trial diets (group 2,3,4,5) were 8%,13%,16%,18% in first period respectively and 13%,16%,18%,21% in second period respectively. Lysine level of all diets was balanced by the apparent digestible lysine. The results showed that the average daily gain (ADG) was not significantly ( P >0.05) affected by diet in first period. The ADG difference between group 5 and group 1,2 was significant ( P <0.05) in second period. The average daily feed intake (ADFI) of all trial swines was less than control, especially in second period. The diarrhoea frequency of group 3,4,5 was higher than the other groups.The digestion trial results showed that dry matter digestibility was similar between two groups.Crude protein and energy digestibility was lower in group 4,5 than in group 1,2,3。 Carass quality of tested swines was not affected obviously. There was no significant ( P >0.05) difference among group 1,2,3,4 for the relative weight of thyroid , but significant ( P <0.05) difference was found between group 5 and group 1,2,3. However, there was no significant ( P >0.05) difference between group 4 and group 5 for the relative weight of thyroid.
