不同剂量的双歧杆菌对断奶仔猪补体C_3、C_4的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在30-75日龄的仔猪日粮中添加不同剂量的双歧杆菌后,整个试验期C3水平监测结果显示,C3水平不断提高,且试验Ⅰ组为579.70 mg/L、Ⅱ组为464.70 mg/L、Ⅲ组为453.97 mg/L分别比对照组提高60.48%、28.64%、25.67%,差异显著(P〈0.05),其中以试验Ⅰ组最高。而且添加双歧杆菌后,对C4补体水平的维持有一定的作用,且较高剂量的双歧杆菌(试验Ⅲ组)能更高效的提高C4补体的水平。 The effects of different amount of Bifidobacterium supplemented in the diet of piglets (30- 75 days old) on swine's immune function were evaluated. The level of complement C3 increased continuly , and the concentrations in group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were 579.70mg/L, 464. 70mg/L and 453.94mg/ L, respectively. These data significantly ( P〈0.05 ) increased 60.48%, 28.64% and 25.67% respectively, compared with those of the control. Bifidobacterium played some role in maintaining the level of complement C4 and the more the amount of Bifidobacterium was, the more the complement C4 level was.
