摘要
传统的发电厂钥匙管理采用机械锁具,管理各种设备控制屏、端子箱、房间门、通道门,各类锁具和钥匙繁多,钥匙的查找、借用和交接非常繁琐。现场值班人员在进行日常巡视及倒闸操作时,需携带各种不同种类的钥匙,钥匙管理大大影响了现场工作效率。本文提供了一种解决发电厂锁具管理问题的方案,智能钥匙管理系统由主机、数据传送/充电座、智能钥匙、各类编码锁具、密码锁以及解锁钥匙管理机等设备,利用RFID编码核对,实现一把钥匙开启所有编码锁具,可查询钥匙的借用、开锁、归还记录,大大提高发电厂钥匙管理效率。
Traditional power plant key management using mechanical locks,management of various equipment control panel,terminal box,room door,access door,all kinds of locks and keys are many,the key to fi nd,borrow and transfer is very cumbersome.Personnel on duty at the time of daily inspections and switching operations,need to carry a variety of different types of keys,key management,greatly affecting the effi ciency of the work site.We propose in this paper a new solution to the key management problem in the Pubugou Hydropower Plant,namely,the Intelligent Key Management System.The Intelligent Key Management System consists of host computer,data transmission/charging seat,intelligent key,all kinds of coding lockset,password lock and unlocking key management machine and other equipments,equipped with the Radio-frequency Identifi cation(RFID)technology for the code identifi cations,opens up the possibility to unlock a set of coded locks with a Intelligent key,while at the same time allowing the record tracking of the key orrowing,keys sing and keys returning,and therefore dramatically improves the key management effi ciency in the Pubugou Hydropower Plant.
