摘要
冲针是冲孔加工的核心部件,断针故障发生后若不及时停机则会产生大量的加工残次品。本文针对冲针状态检测这一问题,结合图像处理技术提出一种基于线激光三角法的冲针状态自动检测系统,将线激光垂直照射到两根平行冲针上表面,然后利用高速摄像系统采集被线激光照射的冲针图像信息,经过图像处理后获得被照射冲针的长度和两根冲针的一致性等状态参数,通过对状态参数的自动分析给出报警信号,达到冲针损坏后及时停机的控制目的。经生产测试,该系统具有安装简便且检测稳定性好的特征。
The punch needle is a core component of punching processing,the broken needle fault occurs,if not stop in time,it will produce a large number of defective products.Aiming at the problem of punch needle state detection,put forward a kind of based on line laser triangulation punch needle state automatic detection system,the line laser is vertical to the top surface of the two parallel punch needles,then a high-speed camera system is used to acquire the image information of punch needle by line laser irradiated,after image processing acquire the length of the punch needle by irradiated and the action time of two punch needles state signal,through the state signal automatic analysis give alarm signal,reach the control purpose of timely stop after punch needle damage.Through the production test,the system has the advantages of simple installation and good detection stability.
