摘要
随着大渡河流域水电开发有限公司(以下简称“大渡河公司”)“智慧电厂”的建设,大渡河公司高度重视管理的标准性和安全的重要性,将“人、机、环、管”各要素在生产活动全过程中实现最佳配置,围绕电力生产安全监督管理的两票执行、外包项目管理、人身作业安全等重点和难点,构建了一套基于数据的电力生产安全管控,实现了电力安全监督工作的数字化转型。文中主要介绍了安全风险管控数据中心的建设背景、主要构成以及其他功能,并对主要构成进行了详细的说明。
With the construction of "Intelligent Enterprise" in Dadu River Hydropower Development Company (Hereinafter referred to as "Dadu River Company"), Dadu River Company attaches great importance to the standardization of management and the importance of safety. This paper mainly introduces the construction background, main components and other functions of the data center of security risk management and control, and gives a detailed description of the main components.
