摘要
《伤寒论》原著为东汉名医张仲景所著的《伤寒杂病论》,经后人整理将其中关于外感热症之相关内容编纂为《伤寒论》,将其它关于内科杂症之相关内容编纂为《金匮要略方论》。《伤寒论》中的泻心汤系列方主要用于治疗升降失和、脾胃虚弱以及湿热内蕴形成的"痞满"证。包括有:半夏泻心汤、附子泻心汤、生姜泻心汤、甘草泻心汤、大黄黄连泻心汤以及黄连汤等。泻心汤类方剂历来为中医常用方剂,经久不衰。经长期研习《伤寒论》后认为,其中泻心汤类方剂在现代胃癌及其癌前病变中具有重要的应用价值,现将具体研习内容总结于后文。
Objective:The《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》original for the famous doctor Zhang Zhongjing《Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases》,which will finish by the descendants of exogenous fever on compatible content editing for《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,the other about medical diseases related in the compilation of《Synopsis of Prescriptions of to the Golden Chamber》.Treatise series of Xiexin Decoction in on Febrile diseases is mainly used for the treatment of lifting,and the weakness of the spleen and stomach and damp the formation of"fullness".Including:Banxia Xiexin soup,Fuzi Xiexin soup,ginger diarrhoea soup,liquorice diarrhea heart soup,Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin soup and Huanglian soup.The decoction of Xiexin soup has always been used as a common prescription in traditional Chinese medicine.After long term learning of《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,our hospital believes that Xiexin Decoction is of great value in modern gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.The specific research content is summarized in the later text.
