摘要
目的观察黄连温胆汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型痞满的疗效。方法将中医符合脾胃湿热型痞满、西医符合慢性萎缩性胃炎或慢性非萎缩性胃炎诊断标准的患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组口服黄连温胆汤加减,对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片,观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗显效率、临床总有效率及中医证候总有效率均高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组胃镜总有效率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论黄连温胆汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型痞满证疗效确切。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of modified Coptis Wendan decoction on distention and fullness with syndrome of spleen-stomach damp-heat.Methods Eighty cases of patients who were meeting the diagnostic criteria of distention and fullness with syndrome of spleen-stomach dam p-heat by chinese medicine,and chronic atrophic gastritis or chronic non-atrophic gastritis by western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group used modified Coptis Wendan decoction,and the control group used oral mosapride citrate tablets.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment and total effective rate,total effective rate of TCM syndromes of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There wasno significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate of gastroscopy(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Coptis Wendan decoction has exact curative effect in the treatment of distention and fullness with syndrome of spleen-stomach damp-heat.
