摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐和外消旋a-苯乙醇为原料,制得2-(1-苯乙氧羰基)苯甲酸(3);3依次与手性苯乙胺成盐、重结晶和水解,制备了(R)-1-苯乙醇和(S)-1-苯乙醇,光学纯度大于99%,总收率42.5%,其结构经~1H NMR和GC确证。
2-(1-Phenethyloxycarbonyl)benzoic acid(3)was obtained by the reaction of racemic 1-phenylethanol with phthalic anhydride.The chiral R-1-phenylethanol and S-1-phenylethanol,with total yield of 42.5%and ee>99%,were prepared by salt formation of 3 with chiral 1-phenylethylamine,recrystallization and hydrolyzation.The structures were confirmed by 1 H NMR and GC.
