摘要
在"新常态"的经济发展背景下,以张家港市中小企业为例,紧扣发展现状,分析中小企业提升创新能力过程中遇到的主要问题,包括创新基础薄弱、创新资金不足、创新人才短缺等因素。针对这些问题,分别从注重企业创新人才培养引进、完善运用知识产权战略、重视企业创新发展模式等方面寻找解决对策。
Under the background of"new normal"economic development,with the small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhangjiagang city as an example,according to the current situation of the development,the paper discusses the main problems encountered in the analysis of small and medium enterprises to improve the ability of innovation in the process of innovation,including the weak innovation foundation,lack of funds,shortage of talented people and other factors.In order to solve these problems,it then explores the counter-measures from the enterprise focus on the cultivation of innovative talents introduction,improving the use of intellectual property strategy and enterprise value development model innovation,enhancing the innovation capacity of the small and medium-sized enterprise development road and other aspects of the research.
