摘要
通过辨析装备制造企业的动态能力与创新能力的关系,界定了基于动态能力的企业创新能力,确定装备制造企业创新能力的构成要素,揭示装备制造企业创新能力的形成过程。本文的研究为我国装备制造企业创新能力发展的研究提供理论基础和实践指南。
Equipment manufacturing enterprise based on dynamic capability to cultivate the innovation capability is very necessary. In this paper, through the analysis of the relationship between the dynamic capability and innova- tion capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises, definition of enterprises＇ innovation capability, determine the components of equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation capability, to reveal the formation process of it. The research for innovation capability in the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country provides theoretical basis and practical guide.
