摘要
中小企业的持续成长是学术界和企业共同面临和急需解决的热点和难点问题。在对企业创新文化与企业持续成长进行理论分析的基础上,建立了企业创新文化构成要素与企业持续成长关系的理论研究模型。通过对广西中小企业进行调查和实证分析,得出的研究结果显示:企业外部环境、企业观念意识创新、企业领导管理创新对企业持续成长有重要影响;企业内部资源、企业战略决策创新对企业持续成长有较大影响作用;企业外部环境对企业观念意识创新和领导管理创新有影响作用;企业观念意识创新对企业领导管理创新有影响作用;企业领导管理创新对企业战略决策创新、机制治理创新和发展模式创新有影响作用。针对这些研究结果,提出了相应的对策建议。
The sustainable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is a hot and difficult issue that both the academic community and the enterprises face and need to solve urgently.Based on the theoretical analysis of corporate innovation culture and corporate sustainable growth,this paper established a theoretical research model of the relationship between corporate innovation culture components and corporate sustainable growth.Through the investigation and empirical analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangxi, it is found that: the external environment of the enterprise, the innovation of enterprise concept consciousness, and the management innovation of the enterprise leader have important influence on the continuous growth of the enterprise; the internal resources and the strategic decision-making innovation of the enterprise have a great influence on the continuous growth of the enterprise; the external environment of the enterprise has an impact on the innovation of enterprise’s concept consciousness and leadership management; the innovation of concept awareness of enterprises has influence on enterprise strategic decision innovation, mechanism governance innovation and development model innovation. Finally, according to the results of these studies,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
