摘要
关于企业竞争优势,多数学者是从某一方面进行研究,没有对竞争优势的影响因素进行整合。参照企业生产流程,把竞争优势的影响因素归类为五大要素:环境、资源/能力、领导管理、战略决策、执行力,并依据它们的作用将其整合为三个关联层次:基础输入层→核心转化层→关键输出层,然后探讨它们对竞争优势的综合影响状况。
On the enterprise＇s competitive advantage, the most scholars have studied it in some area, but not integrated the influencing factors of competitive advantage. Referencing to the enterprise＇s production processes, this thesis classities the influencing factors of competitive advantage into five major elements ： environment,resources / capabilities, leadership and management, strategic decision-making and execution, and integrates them into three related layers in accordance with their role ： basic input layer→core conversion layer→key output layer, and then discusses the situation of their combined influence on the competitive advantage.
