摘要
近年来,随着国家对配电网建设重视程度的提高,内蒙古蒙西地区的配电网建设规模也在不断扩大。然而,由于蒙西地区区域条件特殊、配电网建设参与方经验匮乏、设计工具智能化程度差等原因,目前蒙西地区的配电网工程设计质量有待提高。文章通过对造成蒙西地区配电网工程设计水平不佳的主要因素进行分析,阐述了基于蒙西地区特殊条件而创建的配电网设计一体化平台的创建思路、使用方式及实施效果等内容。该平台的构建可广泛应用于蒙西地区配电网工程设计领域,有助于推进内蒙古电力(集团)有限公司范围内配电网标准化建设,可在规范配电网工程设计管理、提升配电网工程投资效益、节约勘测设计及评审成本等方面提供借鉴和参考。
In recent years,with China's growing emphasis on distribution network construction,the scale of distribution network construction in west region of Inner Mongolia is also expanding.However,due to the special conditions of the regional conditions in the western Inner Mongolia,the lack of experience in the distribution network construction and the poor intelligence of the design tools,the current design quality of the distribution network in western Inner Mongolia is expected to be improved.Based on the analysis of the main factors that cause poor design of distribution network in western Inner Mongolia,this paper expounds the idea of creating the distribution network integrated design platform based on the special conditions in western Inner Mongolia,the application method and the implementation effects and so on.The construction of this platform can be widely applied to the design of distribution network in western Inner Mongolia,which could help to promote the standardization of distribution network within Inner Mongolia Electric Power(Group)Co.,Ltd.,to regulate the design and management of distribution network,and to promote the project economic benefits,also to save survey,design and assessment costs.
