摘要
为了更好的跟国际惯例接轨,需要我们对工程造价加强投资估算,笔者认为应该在加快投资估算指标的更新速度,扩大投资估算指标的覆盖面,保证设计深度,增强设计责任感,建立完善的价格体系,把好造价质量关,建立资料积累数据库,实现信息网络化。
In order to meet the demand of the international convention better, it is needed that we should strengthen the ability to make investment estimation on the project budget. The author believes that we should fasten the speed of changing investment estimation figures, expand the covering area of the investment estimation figures; guarantee the depth of the project design, strengthen the design responsibility, build a perfect price system, keep a good eye on the budget quality, build data base for the material accumulation, realize the information network.
