摘要
电力企业能否提供高电能质量的服务已成为一个制约其市场竞争力的关键因素。为了实现对电场设备及电能质量的实时监测与管理,提高电力企业信息化水平和管理效率,设计并研发了一种综合化信息应用平台-电能质量监控信息系统。该系统基于J2EE多层框架技术构建,采用GPRS、EJB、JSP等各项技术开发实现,能够完成电能质量参数实时监测、设备管理、人员管理、历史数据综合性能计算分析、报警信息查询以及电能质量分析评估等多种功能,具有可伸缩性好、易升级维护、使用灵活等特点,现已通过测试并顺利投入实际应用。
Nowadays, it is a crucial requirement for power companies to ensure a high power quality in their electrical power services at the marketplace. In order to manage real-time supervision for power quality and electricity equipments for such companies, an integrated application platform, which called the Power Quality Supervisory Information System (PQSIS), was developed. Employing technologies such as GPRS, EJB, and JSP in the development, the PQSIS is fundamentally based on the J2EE muhi-layer framework. There are many functions have been designed in the PQSIS, such as real-time power quality supervision, equipments managenaent, employees management, historical data analysis, alarm info search, power quality analysis and estimation, etc. Having been put in practice after test in a company, the PQSIS has been proved to be efficient to run, feasible to replant, easy to maintain and upgrade.
