摘要
为了提升基于激光测距的汽车行驶跑偏测试系统的测试精度,分析了驶入角的测量方法、行驶跑偏量的算法和原始测量数据的处理方法对系统测试精度的影响,提出了采用1组对射式光电开关同时控制2对激光测距传感器测量驶入角、运用莱以特准则剔除含有粗大误差的测试数据等优化方法,搭建了基于激光测距的行驶跑偏模拟测试系统,并采用模型小车代替实车进行了模拟测试.测试结果表明:动态测试中,模拟测试系统的测试误差均小于6.50 mm;重复性测试中,以行驶跑偏量测试值的算术平均值作为其真值,模拟测试系统的测试误差均小于3.50 mm,测试误差标准差为1.56 mm;实现了测试系统测试精度的提升.
To improve the precision of vehicle driving wandering test system based on laser ranging,the effects of entering angle measurement,driving wandering math and original measurement data processing on test precision were analyzed.The corresponding optimized solutions were proposed with a photoelectric switch to control two pairs of laser ranging sensors for entering angle measurement and with Laiyite criterion to reject test data with gross error.A driving wandering simulation test system was established based on laser ranging,and the simulation tests were conducted with a model car.The results show that in the dynamic test,the system test errors are all less than 6.50 mm,and in the repeatability test,with the mean value of test values as accurate value,the system test errors are all less than 3.50 mm with the test standard error of 1.56 mm,which means the improvement of the test system precision is achieved.
