摘要
以国内具有代表性的汽车制造企业的大型汽车冲压生产线为例,介绍了生产线的设备组成及其典型工作流程,对冲压线的效率、精度以及冲压板材现状、模具工艺等作了重点关注,提出了汽车冲压生产线面临的挑战和发展趋向,对内高压成形等汽车制造相关工艺做了简要介绍。通过本文可以对目前国内汽车冲压生产线的设备及应用现状有基本了解。
Taking the national representative punching line from truck manufacturer for an example, the ma- ehine composition and typical working process of the production line have been introduced. The efficiency, accuracy, punching plate status, and the tool technology of the line have been mainly focused. The facing challenge and developing trend of the punching line have been put forward. The technology of inner high pressure forming and robot has been briefly expounded. Thus in this way, the national punching line for truck has been known as well as its application status.
