摘要
文章介绍了海藻酸纤维的结构、性能和化学稳定性。选用多羧酸型染料对海藻酸纤维进行染色实验,通过单因素实验探究了采用多羧酸型酸性黄4对海藻酸纤维进行染色上染百分率的影响因素,主要有染液pH值、染色温度、染色时间、染液浴比、锌离子浓度等,并通过对比实验结果确定出不同染色参数下的上染百分率曲线,得出多羧酸型酸性黄4染色海藻酸纤维的最佳工艺条件为:锌离子质量百分数10%、pH值5、温度60℃、浴比1∶30、时间60min。该研究可以为多羧酸型染料在未来实际生产中的应用及海藻酸纤维的研究开发提供理论上的依据。
The structure,properties and chemical stability of alginic acid fiber were introduced.The effects of polycarboxylate acid yellow on the dyeing rate of alginic acid fiber were studied by single factor experiment.The main factors were pH value of the dye solution,the dyeing temperature,the dyeing time,the dye bath ratio and the zinc ion concentration.The upper dyeing rate curve under different dyeing parameters was determined by comparing the experimental results.The optimum conditions for the determination of alginate fiber concentration 10%,pH vlaue 5,temperature 60℃,bath ratio 1∶30,time 60 min.This study can provide theoretical basis for the application of polycarboxylic acid dyes in the future production and the research and development of alginate fiber.
