摘要
目的:确定新型战创伤急救敷料的材料组成与复合工艺。方法:研究壳聚糖、壳聚糖—海藻酸钙盐复合纤维的止血与抗粘连效果,不同克重的粘胶纤维及其与脱脂棉、高吸水树脂复合材料的吸湿性能,丙纶及疏水乙丙纤维无纺布的成型方法及其与粘胶无纺布的复合方式对阻水性能的影响;测试了新型战创伤急救敷料的理化性能。结果:新型战创伤急救敷料由壳聚糖与海藻酸钙盐混合纤维、含适量高吸水树脂的粘胶纤维以及医用疏水乙丙纤维通过针刺工艺复合而成;该敷料具有较好的吸湿性,适宜的水蒸气透过率,一定的强度、弹性和舒适性。结论:新型战创伤急救敷料符合《急救包通用技术条件》的规定,达到了设计要求。
Objective To determine the composition and composite technique of a new field emergency trauma dressing.Methods The effects of chitosan and calcium alginate fibers on haemostatic and wound-sticking property,the admixture of viscose and purified cotton or super absorbent resin on water absorbency,and the forming mode of hydrophobic nonwoven fabric and combining method of hydrophobic ethylene-propylene(ES) and viscose on waterproof ability were compared.The physicochemical properties of the new dressing were tested as well.Results composed of needle-punching chitosan and calcium alginate mixture,viscose composite and hydrophobic ES fibers,the new dressing had ideal hydroscopicity and water vapor transmission rate,good strength,elastics and conformability.Conclusion The properties of the new dressing are up to General Specification of First-aid Dressing.
