摘要
"中国制造2025"对高职教育提出了诸多挑战:专业设置与建设服务制造业转型升级能力弱、课程改革与现代生产技术脱节、人才培养目标与产业岗位需求不匹配、校企合作深度不足、双师型教师匮乏等。高职教育要快速适应新一轮技术革新与产业变革趋势,在专业建设、课程改革、人才培养规格、校企合作、双师型教师队伍等五大方面进行积极转变和创新,更好支撑并推动我国制造业转型升级。
“Made-in-China 2025”is introducing some challenges for higher vocational education:specialty development is weak for providing service for the reform and upgrading of manufacturing industry;Curriculum reform is not linked to current production technology;talent development goals does not meet workplace needs;school-enterprise collaboration is not profound enough;there is a lack of double-certificate teaching staff.Therefore,to provide support for the transformation of manufacturing industry,higher vocational colleges need to adapt to the new round of technological change and industrial reform.Efforts are needed to work on the transformation and reform of specialty development,curriculum,talents development goals and criteria,school-enterprise collaboration and the development o f double-certificate staff.
