摘要
水资源平衡分析是进行土地整治的前提和基础,只有摸清土地整治研究地的资源状况,才能因地制宜地对研究地进行科学规划,确保经济效益、社会效益和生态效益达到合理的协调统一和效益的最大化。以云南省某土地整治项目为例,对水资源平衡分析的要点和方法进行详细的探讨。
Analysis of water resources balance is the prerequisite and foundation for land renovation.To understand the resource status of land remediation research area is to scientifically plan the research area according to local conditions,improve the efficiency of land use and ensure that the economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits can achieve reasonable coordination and efficiency maximization.Taking a land renovation project in Yunnan Province as an example,the key points and methods of water resource balance analysis are discussed in detail.
