摘要
在"生产-生活-生态"共融视角下,从生产改善、生活提质、生态优化3个方面,运用层次分析法(AHP)评价模型对榆阳区岔河则土地整治项目的综合效益进行了分析与评价,探索建立指标权重,结合定量及定性分析提出相关模糊综合型效益评价体系,计算出项目实施的土地平整、土壤改良、道路交通、水利灌排、林网农电等工程建设,对于"三生"共融具有一定效益。结果表明,生产改善指标(IPI)值0.934,生活提质指标(LQI)0.835,生态优化指标(EOI)0.817,综合效益评价值(CEI)87.2分,为优良效益、属优秀级别,与项目竣工验收结果吻合,说明模型在土地整治效益评价中具有应用价值。
Based on the perspective of“production,life and ecology”integration(mainly focus on product improve ment,ecological optimization and life improvement),the AHP model is used to analyse and evaluate the comprehen sive benefit of the land renovation project of Chaheze,Yuyang District.To explore the establishment of index weight,combined with quantifying and qualitative analysis which the relevant indistinct comprehensive effect evaluation sys tem is proposed.It is calculated that the land smoothing,soil improvement,water conservancy irrigation and other en gineering construction of the project have a significant effect on the“production,life and ecology”integration.The results show that the IPI is 0.934,the LQI is 0.835,the EOI is 0.817,and the CEI is 87.2,it is rank as the excellent level.The evaluation results of project completion acceptance are consistent which shows that the model has value in the evaluation of land remediation effect.
