vispac-12钻井液增黏剂反相乳液的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着钻井技术的不断发展和高分子聚合物的深入研究,迫切需要相对分子质量高、水溶性好且耐温耐盐的聚丙烯酰胺类添加剂,满足钻井过程中增黏、防塌防漏、降滤失等需求。本文研究测定工业用的聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液vispac-12在钻井液中的滤失量及表观黏度、塑性黏度、动切力等流变性参数,观察其流变性,并对其在钻井液中的耐温耐盐性能进行测定。试验结果表明:vispac-12具有溶解速度快、增黏效果好、相对分子量高且分布窄等特点,有利于调整钻井液流变性,提高携砂能力,抗高温稳定性强,可用于深井勘探开发。在饱和盐水基浆、复合盐水基浆中具有良好的增黏效果,加量3%vispac-12的基浆的表观黏度都能达到25mPa·s,对于大斜度井、水平井等复杂井型在钻井过程中提高和改善钻井液性能、维护井壁保证井下安全方面具有一定的推广价值。 With the continuous development of drilling technology and deep study on polymer,polyacrylamide class additives with high molecular weight,water-soluble,good stability to temperature and resistant to salt are needed to meet the requirements of viscosity increasing,anti collapse,leak prevention,filtration loss etc.during the drilling process.In this paper,the filtration loss and rheological parameters such as apparent viscosity,plastic viscosity and dynamic shear force of polyacrylamide inverse emulsion vispac-12 used in drilling fluid were researched and measured to observe its rheological properties and the temperature and salt tolerance in drilling fluid were measured.The experimental results showed that vispac-12 has the characteristics of fast dissolution,good viscosity increasing effect,high relative molecular weight and narrow distribution,which is favorable for adjusting drilling fluid rheology,improving sand carrying capacity and high temperature stability,and can be used for deep well exploration and development.In saturated brine base slurry and composite brine base slurry,it has good adhesion effect.The apparent viscosity of 3%vispac-12 can reach 25 mPa·s.It has certain popularization value for improving drilling fluid performance during drilling process and maintaining well wall in the process of drilling well and horizontal well.
