低温酚醛凝胶成胶性能及影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对渤海油藏开发实际需求,开展了低温酚醛凝胶体系成胶性能及影响因素研究。结果表明,当温度为70℃时,与高温型酚醛交联剂相比,低温型酚醛交联剂可与聚合物分子发生胺缩合反应形成网状结构酚醛凝胶。随聚合物和交联剂浓度增加,成胶速度加快,成胶强度上升,加入固化剂和助剂后,成胶效果进一步提高,推荐聚合物凝胶“体系Ⅰ”为“3000mg·L^-1聚合物+3000mg·L^-1交联剂+3000mg·L^-1固化剂”,其中:聚合物为SD-201;“体系Ⅱ”为“3000mg·L^-1聚合物+3000mg·L^-1交联剂+3000mg·L^-1固化剂+300mg·L^-1助剂”,其中:聚合物为DW-R。当岩心渗透率Kg=300×10^-3μm^2时,与“体系Ⅱ”相比较,“体系Ⅰ”在多孔介质内滞留量较大,阻力系数和残余阻力系数较大,分别为150和287.5,封堵率为99.65%,封堵效果良好。 In view of the actual demand of reservoir development in Bohai, the gel forming properties and influencing factors of low temperature phenolic gel system were studied. The results showed that when the temperature was 70℃, compared with phenolic crosslinking agent at high temperature, low temperature phenolic crosslinking agent could react with polymer molecules to form a network structure phenolic gel. With the increase of the concentration of polymer and crosslinker, the gelation rate and gel strength increased. The gelation effect was further improved by adding curing agent and additives. With the increase of inorganic salt concentration, the gelation time was slightly shortened, and the final gelation strength increased. It is recommended as "3000 mg·L-1 polymer +3000 mg·L-1 crosslinking agent + 3000 mg·L-1 curing agent", among which: polymer is SD-201;"System Ⅱ"is recommended as "3000 mg·L-1 polymer + 3000 mg·L-1 crosslinking agent + 3000 mg·L-1 curing agent + 300 mg·L-1 adjuvant", in which the polymer is DW-R. When the core permeability is Kg=300×10-3μm2, compared with"system Ⅱ", the retention capacity of "system Ⅰ"in porous is larger, the resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient are 150 and 287.5 respectively, and the plugging rate is 99.65%. The plugging effect is better.
