摘要 纳米技术是最近发展起来的前沿新兴科学技术,将纳米技术与钻井液技术结合,利用纳米材料的独特功能,能起到降低摩阻、增强滤饼质量、协助成膜等作用。针对国内外对纳米钻井液的研究做深入调研,总结当今纳米钻井液类型及各种纳米钻井液的应用。结果表明,纳米钻井液外加材料主要包括各种处理剂及纳米碳酸钙(Ca CO3),纳米级硅酸盐等。国内目前研究的纳米钻井液主要为纳米胶乳液,包括PMMA纳米胶乳钻井液、SLNR纳米乳液、纳米钻井液GY-2。国外纳米钻井液研究与应用集中在纳米基堵漏钻井液、提高钻井液对页岩和裂缝的封堵能力等方面。提高纳米钻井液密度、抗温能力及分散能力,纳米重晶石的研究及改性,以纳米钻井液为依托形成页岩气钻井具有普适性的水基钻井液是未来纳米钻井液的几大方向。 Nanotechnology is a new frontier science and technology that has been developed recently, its unique features have been intrdueed to drilling fluids to reduce friction, enhance the mud cake quality and form the film. Through investiga- tion of nano drilling fluid technology from domestic and abroad, the paper described the types and application of nano drill- ing fluids currently. The results showed that the additives of nano drilling fluids mainly included the treatment agents and nano- CaCO3 as well as nano-silicate, etc. At present, the research of nano drilling fluid is mainly for nano latex, inclu- ding PMMA nano latex drilling fluid, SLNR nano emulsion, nano drilling fluid GY-2. Research and application of nano drilling fluid in foreign countries mainly focused on nano plugging fluid to improve the sealing ability of drilling fluid for shale and fracture. The water based drilling fluids that used for shale drilling in the future need to research on several as- pects, including raising the density, temperature resistance and dispersing ability of nano drilling fluid, research on nano barite and its modification, etc.
