摘要
对2015/16年榨季广西9个糖厂的甘蔗蔗糖分、蔗汁锤度、还原糖分、葡聚糖含量等10项数据指标进行相关性分析和主成分分析,建立了一种制糖原料和压榨生产过程的综合评价方法,并利用该方法对各糖厂进行评分排名。相关分析结果表明,10项指标间存在一定的相关性和信息的重叠,有几对指标的相关系数达到极显著水平,有几对指标的相关系数达到显著水平。主成分分析结果表明,10项指标可由三个主成分表示,其方差总贡献率达到88.652%。评分结果表明,F糖厂排名第一,糖厂排名结果与产糖率极显著正相关(R^2=0.8106,p<0.01)。
The 10 datum indexes including sucrose content,brix,reducing sugar content and dextran content from 9 sugar mills of Guangxi in 2015/16 crushing season were analyzed by correlation analysis and principal component analysis.A comprehensive evaluation method of sugarcane and squeezing production process was established,and the ranking of sugar factories was evaluated by this method.The results showed that there was a certain correlation and information overlap between the 10 indicators,the correlation coefficient of several indicators reached a very significant level,and some reached a significant level.The results of principal component analysis showed that the 10 indexes could be represented by three principal components,and the total variance contribution rate of the variance was 88.652%.The F sugar factory ranked first,and the result of sugar factory ranking was positively correlated with sugar yield rate(R2=0.8106,p<0.01).
