摘要
目的:探讨中医药方法在老年艾滋病患者诊治中的应用及其对生活质量的影响。方法:收治老年艾滋病患者200例,分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组给予中医治疗,对照组给予非中医治疗。结果:观察组生活质量明显高于对照组。此外,女性患者在心理领域的得分比男性低,没有结婚的患者精神领域的得分明显比有配偶者高;除去生理和环境领域,其他领域的得分在抗逆转录病毒疗法时间的延长下不断降低。结论:中医药治疗能够促进老年艾滋病患者生活质量的提升,患者的性别和婚姻状况以及服ART的时间对其生活质量产生一定影响。
Objective:To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the diagnosis and treatment of elderly AIDS patients and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:200 elderly patients with AIDS were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group were given non traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The life quality of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.In addition,female patients in the psychological field were less comprehensive than men,and those who were not married had significantly higher scores in mental field than those with spouses.In addition to physiological and environmental fields,scores in other areas decreased with prolonging the time of antiretroviral therapy.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment can promote the quality of life of AIDS patients in the elderly,and the gender and marital status and the time of taking ART have a certain effect on their quality of life.
