摘要
目的探讨透析疗法治疗老年肾衰竭的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的78例老年肾衰竭患者,分为实验组和传统组,每组39例,传统组采用常规方法治疗,实验组加用血液透析疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组生存率51.28%。传统组生存率46.15%,两组生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年肾衰竭患者采用血液透析疗法治疗,生存率明显提高,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dialysis therapy in the treatment of renal failure in elderly pa-tients. Methods Group selection March 2014 to March 2015 treated 78 cases of elderly patients with kidney failure pa-tients, as the experimental group and the traditional group, each with 39 cases in each, the traditional group by conventional methods of treatment, the experimental group and hemodialysis therapy, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The survival rate of the experimental group was 51.28%. Traditional group survival rate was 46.15%, and the survival rate of the two groups was significantly different, with statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The survival rate of elderly patients with renal failure treated by hemodialysis is significantly improved, which is worth of clinical application.
