摘要
目的:观察桡骨远端骨折患者采用中西医结合治疗的效果,探讨临床应用价值。方法:选择84例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象;通过数字奇偶法分为观察组及对照组各42例,对照组使用X线摄片检查,判断骨折类型以及损伤情况,先进行闭合复位和夹板外固定尝试,必要时切开复位,观察组实施与对照组相同的复位及固定,加用中药:山茱萸8g,熟地黄16g,补骨脂18g,菟丝子18g,杜仲10g,枸杞子10g,当归尾8g、没药8g,肉苁蓉8g,独活8g,红花4g,每天1剂,水煎煮,分早晚2次口服,疗程为1个月。结果:观察组肿胀缓解时间(6.68±2.14)d、住院时间(7.23±1.26)d、骨折平均愈合时间为(37.46±5.22)d,均低于对照组的(10.12±3.25)d、(8.89±1.64)d、(47.38±6.28)d,P<0.05;观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的88.10%(P<0.05)。结论:对桡骨远端骨折患者采用复位固定联合中药治疗,能缩短肿胀缓解、住院及骨折愈合时间,具有良好的效果,该法具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To observe the effect of the integrative medicine on distal radius fracture.Methods:84 cases were divided into the observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given X-ray examination,to determine the type of fracture and damage,and took closed reduction and splint fixation,then open reduction if necessary.The observation group received TCM medicine more.Results:In the observation group,remission time of swelling was(6.68±2.14)days;hospitalization time was(7.23±1.26)days;the average time of fracture healing was(37.46±5.22)days,those were shorter than(10.12±3.25)days,(8.89±1.64)days,(47.38±6.28)days in the control group(P<0.05);the total efficiency in the observation group was 97.62%,more than 88.10%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reduction fixation with TCM medicine on distal radius fracture can shorten time of swelling,hospitalization and fracture healing,with a good effect.
