摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:对15例桡骨远端骨折患者行切开复位,掌侧T形LCP内固定;术后中汤药口服及患处中药熏洗。结果:研究入选的15例,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间平均为7.5周。结论:本疗法具有骨折复位佳,功能恢复好,合并症少等优点。中药有利于骨折的愈合,中药熏洗有利于功能的恢复。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of integrated medicine on distal radius fracture. Methods： We performed open reduction for 15 cases of distal radius patients and palmar fix with T-shape LCE After the operation, the patients were medicated with oral herbal medicine and local fumigation and washing of herbal medicine. Conclusion： The therapy shows favorable effects on patients＇ reposition and function recovery with fewer complications. Oral herbal medicine improves reposition and fumigation and washin~ of herbal medicine improves functional recovery.
