摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法 64例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组32例。对照组患者给予经皮锁定钢板(LCP)内固定治疗,实验组患者在进行LCP内固定治疗基础上应用中医治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗效果、骨折愈合时间、手肿胀消失时间和疼痛缓解时间差异。结果实验组患者较对照组治疗效果明显提高,骨折愈合时间、手肿胀消失时间和疼痛缓解时间显著缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对桡骨远端骨折患者采用中西医结合治疗可以明显提高治疗效果,缩短愈合时间、肿胀消退时间及疼痛缓解时机,提高患者生活质量,减轻痛苦,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect by integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods A total of 64 patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received percutaneous locking compression plate （LCP） internal fixation for treatment, and the experimental group received traditional Chinese treatment in addition to LCP internal fixation. Curative effects, fracture healing time, swelling disappearance time, and pain relief time were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had obviously improved curative effect, along with shortened fracture healing time, swelling disappearance time, and pain relief time. The differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in treatment of distal radius fracture can remarkably improve curative effect and shorten fracture healing time, swelling disappearance time, and pain relief time. This method can improve life quality and relieve pain in patients, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
